Description of the building and facilities
The Corniola Holiday Home, surrounded by cypress trees, olive trees, mulberry trees and scented jasmine, is in a quiet area on the hills near Empoli, with a good view of the surrounding countryside.
The house can comfortably sleep up to 6/8 people. The total surface of the house is 120 sq.m. and it has two floors.
Ground floor: the living room (with wheelchair access) is large and has a lovely fireplace. There is a colour TV set. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, plates, cutlery and glasses, as well as the following appliances: fridge, electric oven, gas cooker (5 burners), electric coffee pot, mocha. The double room is furnished with a wardrobe, a desk and two small armchairs. The bathroom (opposite the bedroom), has a shower and is equipped for disabled guests. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes stand and a sink for washing clothes.
Top floor: a staircase made of wood and old stone leads upstairs. The double room is furnished with a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two small armchairs. The double room with twin beds has a wardrobe, a desk and two small armchairs. The bathroom (shared by the two rooms) has a shower cubicle.
Grounds: there is a very large private garden with access for wheelchairs in half of it. The tables and armchairs in the garden can be used to eat outside in the daytime or in the evening. Relax peacefully on one of the deckchairs. A beach umbrella will provide shade. There is a playground for younger guests, with two slides, a little house, a swing and plenty of room to play. Private car park.
